Service Description: We provide residential and commercial cleaning and washing services, including but not limited to power washing, soft washing, and surface cleaning.
Customization: Services may be customized based on the specific needs of each client as agreed upon in writing or as detailed in the booking confirmation.
Booking Process: Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
Deposit and Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due within 5 days after the completion of the service. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in late fees or legal action.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any additional fees, but the deposit will be retained. Cancellations made within 24 of the scheduled service date will forfeit the deposit and may incur additional charges.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. We will work with you to find a suitable date and time for the rescheduled service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in additional fees.
No Refund Policy: All payments made for services are non-refundable. This includes deposits and final payments. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of the service, and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-performing the service at no additional charge.
Access to Property: You must ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges. Pre-Service Preparation: The work area should be clear of personal items, furniture, and obstacles. We are not responsible for any damage to items that are not removed from the service area.
Utilities: You must provide access to necessary utilities, such as water and electricity, to complete the service.
Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include re-performing the service.
Complaints: Any complaints regarding the service must be reported within 48-72 hours of the service date. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
Limited Liability: While we take great care in providing our services, Cedarbrook Cleaning and Washing LLC is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services, except where such liability is mandated by law.
Property Damage: In the unlikely event of property damage caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the damage and work towards an appropriate resolution, which may include repairs or compensation.
Insurance Coverage: We carry general liability insurance to cover potential damages or injuries related to our services. Documentation of our insurance policy is available upon request.
Communication Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text messages related to your bookings, including reminders, confirmations, and updates. You may also receive promotional offers unless you opt-out.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving text messages, reply "STOP" to any message. Please note that opting out of service-related texts may affect our ability to communicate with you effectively.
